As a Cashier (Showroom Administration), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. You will handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records using our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system. Your excellent communication skills will help you assist customers with product inquiries and provide them with a memorable shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using our in-house POS system.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, including stocking and merchandising.
• Handle cash handling duties, including counting and depositing cash, and reconciling bank deposits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and special offers to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in inventory management tasks, such as stock-taking and reporting discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role, preferably in a showroom or customer service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills for accurate cash handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems, such as QuickBooks or RetailPro.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
