• Oversee the daily operations of the Service Center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanics, administrators, and support staff.
• Ensure that all customer service interactions are friendly, professional, and meet our high standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and track performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive aftermarket.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
