Finance/Accounting Specialist at Lenere Business Suite

Lenere Business Suite is seeking a dedicated Finance/Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing financial data and generating reports using our designated systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to our ongoing success in Jakarta Raya.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage our general ledger, and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements. You will also be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing tax documents. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in financial accounting and a passion for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and analyze financial data using SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Generate and maintain financial reports and dashboards
• Manage general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and submit tax documents
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance
