📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic procurement and trading plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.
Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels to support operational needs.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Lead and mentor a team of procurement and trading professionals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and trading, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing procurement and trading operations.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in using procurement and trading software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
