📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the Platform Management team, focusing on Payments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payments process, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve the payments experience.
  • Monitor and optimize payment performance metrics, ensuring high user satisfaction.
  • Work with stakeholders to address payment-related issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the payments space.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, regulations, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Passion for payments, technology, and user-centric solutions.
