📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain sewing machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Handle and cut fabric according to specified patterns and measurements.
• Perform sewing and stitching tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Inspect finished garments for quality and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in setting up and adjusting sewing machines for different fabric types and styles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Operator Mesin Jahit in a similar environment.
• Familiarity with various types of sewing machines, including Brother, Juki, and Singer.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity for handling fabric and operating machines.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
• Valid Sertifikasi Operator Mesin Jahit (SOJ) or equivalent certification is a plus.
