📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret documents and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Facilitate communication between local and international teams in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events involving international partners.
• Ensure smooth operations and effective communication in the manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Provide cultural sensitivity training to local staff to enhance their understanding of international business practices.
• Maintain and update translation and interpretation records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of international partners.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the manufacturing and logistics industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of international business practices and cultural sensitivity.
