As the Geological Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of geologists and technicians in Pangkalpinang. Your daily tasks will include conducting geological surveys, analyzing data using advanced software like Surpac and Vulcan, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate geological insights into our mining operations. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing sustainable mining practices that align with global standards and regulatory requirements.

- Lead a team of geologists and technicians in conducting geological surveys and research.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in geological research and mining operations.
- Proven track record in leading geological teams and projects.
- Proficiency in using geological software such as Surpac and Vulcan.
- Strong understanding of sustainable mining practices and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
