📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute HR strategies to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training and development programs.
Utilize HR software such as BambooHR and Greenhouse to streamline processes and analyze data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving talent acquisition and employee engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
