📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and update compliance policies to ensure adherence to e-commerce platform regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal standards across various marketplace platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and handle legal issues related to marketplace activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance, preferably in the e-commerce or food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of legal standards and regulations related to e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including those related to consumer protection and data privacy.
