📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle all aspects of freight forwarding, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination with shipping lines and clients.
• Process and manage shipping documents, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processing of shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in freight forwarding.
• Work with various software tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar freight forwarding systems, to manage and track shipments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as occasional travel may be required.
