📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar
• Ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks to the table
• Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly
• Assist with table turnover and cleanup
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Participate in team meetings and follow established service standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Server in a fine dining environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover or Square
• Excellent knowledge of menu items and wine pairings
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
