Environmental Officer - Waste Management & Compliance Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact.
• Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including hazardous waste management regulations.
• Monitor and report on waste generation, disposal, and recycling programs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.
• Attend training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge in environmental management.
• Collaborate with local government agencies and environmental organizations to promote environmental sustainability.
• Develop and implement communication and outreach programs to educate employees and stakeholders on environmental best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management, hazardous waste management, or regulatory compliance.
• Certification in environmental management, such as ISO 14001 or LEED, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations, including hazardous waste management regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with environmental management software, such as ArcGIS or QGIS, is a plus.
