RADIUS Nusantara is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Pekalongan. This is an immediate opportunity for an individual who is passionate about maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and maintain telecommunication infrastructure.,Supervise construction and maintenance activities at customer sites.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues.,Prepare and submit reports on project progress and site conditions.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and executing telecommunication projects.,Strong knowledge of telecommunication technologies and standards.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
