CV Nusantara Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will also be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to junior training officers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.
