📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies are aligned with market demands.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or upholstery industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
