PT Jaya Sakti is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Head Chef to join our team. As a Senior Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This is a full-time position located in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Ensure cost-effective food production while maintaining quality.,Resolve food-related issues and complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and ability to innovate with local ingredients.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
