📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to management on financial matters.
• Monitor and control the budget, ensuring it is adhered to and providing regular reports on budget performance.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a retail or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
