📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of a specific section within the company.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost sales.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
