📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
