In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine recruitment needs and job specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for the roles.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
