📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.,Conduct regular inspections of the production line to identify and address any issues.,Manage and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that production needs are met and that products are delivered on time.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is required.,Ability to travel as needed to monitor production sites.
