As a Sales Associate at TRB, you'll work in some of Bali's most luxurious retail environments, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll interact with a diverse clientele, from local residents to international visitors, and have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our valued customers. This role offers a unique blend of retail experience and the opportunity to be part of a growing luxury fashion brand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with their purchases, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing storefront.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our retail management system.
• Promote our brand and special offers to customers, both in-store and through our online channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave our stores satisfied and eager to return.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury fashion industry.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in luxury fashion or similar industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with fashion trends, brands, and market dynamics.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as Shopify, Lightspeed, or similar platforms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of communication in our stores.
