📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and manage live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming software.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure visual and audio quality meets our high standards.
• Manage live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or vMix.
• Coordinate with our marketing and production teams to ensure live streams align with campaign goals.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on live streaming tools and best practices.
• Analyze live stream performance and provide feedback to improve future broadcasts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for live streaming.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Live Stream Operation Specialist or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Technical proficiency in live streaming equipment and software, including OBS Studio, Wirecast, or vMix.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
