📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of structural engineers in the design, analysis, and construction of structural systems.,Develop and implement structural design specifications and standards.,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations to ensure compliance with codes and standards.,Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure the safety and integrity of structures.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration of structural systems into overall project designs.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.,Professional engineering license (PE) is preferred.,Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
