📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical recruitment practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
