📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients,Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity,Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
