📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of hotel facilities, including housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure high standards of service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on facility usage and maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
