📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in preparing and managing the store budget.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure the store meets health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and trends.
