In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to management. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while maintaining a strong connection with our office in Pontianak.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Assist in budgeting and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to management.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
