📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's vision and customer preferences.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.
• Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and taste.
• Lead and coordinate with the kitchen team to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.
