• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Lead financial analysis initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage and mentor junior financial analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of retail industry financial practices is a plus.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
