📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Lead and supervise the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and mentorship.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and management of payroll.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
