Sumber Jaya Bakery is looking for a dedicated Deputy Barista/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, as well as handling customer transactions. We offer a competitive salary and a welcoming work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Clean and maintain the coffee equipment and work area.,Assist the Barista in managing inventory and restocking supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.,Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.,Assist in training new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and follow company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a barista or cashier role is a plus.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.
