Daily, you will visit clients' locations to collect outstanding payments, negotiate settlements, and provide exceptional customer service. You will use our proprietary software to track and manage collections, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and followed up. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' locations to collect outstanding payments and negotiate settlements.
• Use proprietary software to track and manage collections, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow up on overdue accounts, working closely with clients to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections and communications.
• Collaborate with the financial services team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the collections process.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful collections and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Familiarity with collection software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
