📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement warehouse improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
