📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and sustainability best practices.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, budget reviews, and final project documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and civil engineering, with a proven track record in leading high-impact projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, industry standards, and sustainability practices in Bali.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
