AEO Administrator - Compliance & Supply Chain Support

This pivotal role supports our compliance and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless adherence to international trade regulations. As an AEO Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining Sandvik's compliance with global trade laws, particularly focusing on the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and the ASEAN Single Window (ASW).

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and updating our AEO certification, ensuring that all documentation and processes are up-to-date and compliant with the latest regulations. You'll work closely with our supply chain team to ensure that all shipments meet AEO requirements, and you'll provide support to our customs brokers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance of goods.

• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training and support to staff on AEO requirements and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in global trade regulations and ensure our processes reflect these changes.
• Work closely with the customs and logistics teams to ensure seamless adherence to AEO requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AEO administration, customs compliance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, particularly the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and the ASEAN Single Window (ASW).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with trade compliance software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
